Refunds are available for items that are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us.
Because AKuser products are small precision accessories with specific model compatibility, material finishes, and color selections, refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or differences in subjective expectations.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card, PayPal, or other original payment channel.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include the following information:

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or other suitable resolution depending on the situation.

To help us process your request fairly and efficiently, please make sure the photos or videos clearly show the issue. If the information provided is incomplete or unclear, we may ask for additional details before making a decision.
AKuser reserves the right to decline a refund request if the issue cannot be verified, if the item shows signs of misuse or intentional damage, or if the request falls outside the scope of this policy.
