Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
We understand that you are looking forward to receiving your AKuser piece.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For custom or made-to-order items, including selected IDEA series custom editions, production time may vary depending on the design and craftsmanship requirements. Please contact us by email before placing an order so we can confirm the details and provide an estimated timeline.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to selected international regions. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $150.
Estimated delivery times:
United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Asia: 5–8 business days
Other supported regions: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal handling, peak seasons, weather, or other logistical factors beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For selected destinations, AKuser may use shipping methods that include prepaid duties or taxes where available. If duties or taxes are already included in your order or shipping method, no additional payment should normally be required upon delivery.
For destinations where prepaid duties or taxes are not available, any local customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or clearance charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary by country and region. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office before placing an order if they are unsure about possible import charges.
For Brazil, certain Middle Eastern countries, and other regions with more complex customs procedures, recipients may be required to assist with customs clearance and pay applicable local taxes or fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. You can track your package through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
We take care to pack every AKuser order securely. If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it may be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at akuserasia@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of the package and product if damage has occurred.
We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include assistance with a carrier claim, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the case.
