Each AKuser piece is carefully checked and packed before shipping. Because our products are small precision accessories with specific model compatibility, material finishes, and color selections, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference after an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds are available for items that are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us.
Because AKuser products are small precision accessories with specific model compatibility, material finishes, and color selections, refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or differences in subjective expectations.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card, PayPal, or other original payment channel.
