Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for products with confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Change of mind does not qualify for a refund. All refunds will be issued via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
How to request a refund
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
We will review your submission and respond within 3 business days. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
