Under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
